The Newborn to Teen magazine reserves the right to edit or remove any material on this site at any time and for any reason, especially if materials are in breach of the laws or of these terms and conditions. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising in connection with theses terms will be governed by and construed under the laws of England in the English courts.
Competitions
1. Competitions are open to anyone over the age of 18 based in the UK (overseas players are not eligible). All competitions are free to enter. However participants are expected to pay their own cost of connecting to the web site, or where competitions are phone based, the standard cost of the phone call or SMS message
2. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Players must supply full details as required, and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prizes.
3. All competitions either have a closing date or provide a set number of prizes. Competitions must be entered via the appropriate page on the Newborn To Teen website. Results will be announced here after the competition closes and the winners notified. Newborn To Teen do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
4. Winners of the competition will be notified by e-mail within one week of the closing date of the competition except where competitions are jointly offered with a third party. In this case, winners will be notified once the third party has drawn the winner. If contact cannot be made within one month, the prize will be lost. The Prize will be sent to the address given on entry of the competition. It is the winner's responsibility to notify Newborn To Teen of any change in address.
5. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives.Where a prize is offered in conjunction with another company and the other company withdraws or fails to provide it, Newborn To Teen will not provide the prize itself.
6. On entering any competition, each applicant agrees to receive information containing, but not limited to, market research and advertising from 3rd parties via e-mail, SMS, telephone, postal and other channels that is appropriate given the answers to the questions on each competition. Specifically, where a visitor has answered a question or a competition provided by a sponsor of Newborn To Teen, the visitor's details will be passed onto the sponsor. Visitors should expect to receive marketing and other communication from Newborn To Teen, its sponsors and other organisations that can provide relevant offers.
7. Winners of the competitions may be displayed on the web site as title surname area e.g. Mrs Smith from London. Winners will be deemed to give Newborn To Teen a perpetual irrevocable license to use their names or images in future promotions.
8. Competitions may be subject to additional rules. If so, these additional rules will be listed in the special terms and conditions buttons on the relevant competition entry page
9. The Editor's decision is final in every situation including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Newborn To Teen reserve the right to cancel any competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in our opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of our control.
11. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted Newborn To Teen' Competition Rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering competitions.
12. Registration is also subject to our privacy policy.
RSS Feed Terms & Conditions
By downloading a Newborn to Teen magazine RSS you agree to be bound by the terms set out below (the "Standard Licence Terms"). These Standard Licence Terms may be updated by the Newborn to Teen magazine from time to time. Please review these Standard Licence Terms each time you download a Newborn to Teen magazine Feed. Your download and/or use of a Newborn to Teen magazine Feed indicates your agreement to these Standard Licence Terms.
1. Licence
1.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Newborn to Teen magazine grants you a non-transferrable, non-sublicensable, royalty free non-exclusive licence to display on your website the headlines, links and copy that you specifically select to receive from the Newborn to Teen magazine via the Newborn to Teen magazine Feed.

3. Warranties & Liability
3.1 You warrant to the Newborn to Teen magazine that:
(i) you have fully complied with, and shall continue to comply fully with, all applicable laws and regulations;
(ii) the Site shall contain no material which is libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or which brings the Newborn to Teen magazine into disrepute, or which is in breach of any third party intellectual property rights.
3.2 The Newborn to Teen magazine Feed is made available by the Newborn to Teen magazine on an "as is" and "as available" basis and Newborn to Teen magazine gives no warranty of any kind in relation to the Newborn to Teen magazine Feed, the Newborn to Teen magazine Content, or any content on the Newborn to Teen magazine website. The Newborn to Teen magazine disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, and accuracy regarding the Newborn to Teen magazine Content, the Newborn to Teen magazine Feed and the Newborn to Teen magazine website and any content thereon.
3.3 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW THE Newborn to Teen magazine EXCLUDES ALL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LIABILITY ARISING IN RELATION TO THE Newborn to Teen magazine FEED, THE Newborn to Teen magazine CONTENT OR ANY CONTENT ON THE Newborn to Teen magazine WEBSITE, ANY VIRUS OR OTHER CONTAMINATION OR ANY UNAVAILABILITY OF Newborn to Teen magazine CONTENT.
3.4 Each provision of this Clause 3 operates separately in itself and survives independently of the others.
4. Indemnity
4.1 You hereby agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Newborn to Teen magazine in respect of all damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and litigation expenses, arising out of or as a result of any breach of the Standard Licence Terms or otherwise in connection with your use of the Newborn to Teen magazine Feed (including the Newborn to Teen magazine Content).
5. Termination
5.1 You may terminate this Agreement and the licence granted herein at any time by destroying or removing all copies of the Newborn to Teen magazine Feed (including the Newborn to Teen magazine Content) from your Site, all hard drives, networks and other storage media.
5.2 The Newborn to Teen magazine may restrict, suspend or terminate the Newborn to Teen magazine Feed, this Agreement, the licence granted herein or your access to the Newborn to Teen magazine Feed at any time without liability. You agree to destroy all copies of the Newborn to Teen magazine Feed (including the Newborn to Teen magazine Content) upon receiving notice of termination from the Newborn to Teen magazine.
5.3 Clauses 3, 4 and 6 shall survive termination of this Agreement.
6. General
6.1 Neither party may assign, charge, sublicense or otherwise deal with its rights or obligations in this Agreement in whole or in part to any third party.
6.2 This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings between the parties concerning its subject matter. Each of the parties acknowledges that it has not relied on any statement made by the other in the course of entering into this Agreement.
6.3 Any failure or delay by either party in exercising its rights under any provisions of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of those rights at any time now or in the future.
6.4 This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and take effect in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement.
