The First Years has launched a new range of sleek, ultra-thin, digital baby monitors delivering unprecedented sound clarity and security. The True Choice Digital Monitors operate on the highest specification 2.45 GHz frequency available to ensure the finest quality reception. The result is crystal clear sound clarity combined with an excellent operating range.

The slim white True Choice Digital Monitor is less than 2.5cm (1”) thick and has no protruding antennae. It has an operating range of 300 metres (1,000 feet). Total privacy is guaranteed by the digitally encrypted signal delivered via an unlimited choice of channels.

Standard features include ‘sound-light’ indicators, so parents can monitor baby via a colour light display, a volume control, an out-of-range alert and a low battery warning light. Unique features include a useful parent’s lost unit finder, a headphone jack and a removable belt clip that converts to a small stand.

The baby unit itself is connected to the mains supply and can be wall-mounted, while the parent unit uses just a third of the power of traditional monitors for extended battery life.

The top-of-the-range black True Choice Premium Digital Monitor is packed with additional features including a portable rechargeable parent’s unit and a soft glow night light on the baby unit with an auto shut-off function.

The baby unit can be mains or battery operated and has a hand-activated proximity sensor to help light the way in the nursery without disturbing baby.

The True Choice Premium Digital Monitor (P400) is available with a second parent’s unit allowing “Multi-Talk” three-way communication, so parents can talk back to baby and soothe her or communicate with each other via the second unit.
