Make bath time an enjoyable experience for parents and children with Soap Flakes bath crayons
(19/04/2010)
Bathtime can be a struggle for many parents, so why not give your children something to look forward to with colourful Soap Flakes bath crayons. Soap Flakes bath crayons allow children to write messages, play games, be creative and get clean at the same time, making bath time fun time!
To make Soap Flakes bath crayons simply mix 1 cup of Soap Flakes with 2 tablespoons of hot water and mix thoroughly. Please note the mixture will be extremely thick and difficult to stir. Spoon the mixture into a few small bowls, add food colouring as required and stir until the mixture has the texture of a thick paste.
To make the crayon shapes, press spoonfuls of the mixture into either a mould or an ice cube tray, and place in a dry area for one week to allow the crayons to set. Once dry, remove the crayons from the moulds and allow to dry for one day before using.
After using bath paints it is recommended to clean your bath with White Vinegar to remove any colour residue. Any acidic cleaners should be used with caution on vitreous enamel surfaces.
Soap Flakes are produced by Dri-Pak and are available for a RRP of £1.50 from supermarkets, independent stores and directly from Dri-Pak.
