LoJo Ball launches new product range for indoor and outdoor use

LoJo Ball is an innovative seating concept which utilizes space without compromising comfort - zipped, it forms a perfect sphere, to be used as a stool or foot rest; unzipped it becomes a stylish and comfortable lounge chair. LoJo Ball won “Best New Product” in the home category at Pulse, judged by Alice Delmar-Morgan from The Conran Shop Paris. “Innovative design, comes in a flat-pack and the price point is amazing. The concept is fantastic - a really well thought out product. I was highly impressed.” LoJo is designed by the husband and wife team, Stefan and Kirstin Knox, who run the international design business “Bang Creations Ltd”.

You can now take your LoJo outdoors and lounge on the terrace, the beach, in the park or the garden. The new range comes in 4 vibrant designs, with a woven hard wearing nylon outside and fleece inside. They can be machine washed, and deflated quickly, making them an ideal “take with you seat.”

The new ranges will arrive in Europe and the US in September, a year since the LoJo Ball’s launch during London Design week. The LoJo has had a great year and was exhibited at Koln Furniture fair, ICFF (International Contemporary Furniture Fair) in New York, Las Vegas Furniture Fair, and Pulse London. The LoJo has made several appearances on Television throughout Europe, including “Richard and Judy Book club”, a BBC3 sit com ZDF and WDR channels in Germany as well as interior house and garden show in Holland.

In the press, the LoJo has featured in several lifestyle magazines and news papers including Glamour, House beautiful, Evening Standard, The Mirror, The Independent,T3 magazine, Vogue and Elle decoration and has recently been rated in the “Top 50 Must Have items in Stuff magazine!!”

Penelope Greene of The New York Times said “LoJo Balls are the children of poufs and beanbag chairs. Perch on them when the night is young, and unzip them as your energy flags.... They will support your back the way a pouf never can, and with less mass than a big squashy beanbag”

Stefan and Kirstin wish to continue to drive the LoJo Ball brand around the globe. As of yet only available on line, new designs will support distribution partners in the US, Benelux and Spain to place the LoJo ball into the trade.
