WindowBlindSafe locks blinds' cords and chains out of children's grasp

The window blind industry sells over 25 million blinds each year and is growing (according to Mintel) at a rate of 6% per annum. Previous casualties and fatalities have been low at 2 deaths in UK each year and 20 plus "near misses".
