Food Standards Agency launches phone application to help cut down on saturated fat

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has launched a phone application that enables you to take a 21-day challenge to help cut down on saturated fat. There are two main types of fat found in food – saturated and unsaturated. Cutting down on saturated fat can lower your blood cholesterol and reduce your risk of heart disease.
